Wedding FAQs

How long does it take for our photos to be ready?
Your photo proofs will be available in an online gallery within four weeks of your wedding date.

Do you take the photos before or after the ceremony?
Either. I’m pretty flexible, and always discuss the wedding-day schedule with you when you book your wedding. I do recommend doing all the photos before – yes, even the ones with the bride and groom together. It makes the day less stressful and more fun. However, I know some couples desire to see each other for the first time during the ceremony, and if so, I’ll work around your schedule to make things as efficient as possible, while still capturing beautiful photos.

I’m interesting in booking – what next?
You can call or fill out the contact form on this site to confirm my availablity on your date. Then we’ll schedule a meeting to go over any questions you may have, and review the contract. This will help us get to know each other a little better, and gives me an excuse to drink more coffee. That’s a win-win.

What is your payment structure?
I require a $250 retainer and your signed contract to hold the date. The remainder of your balance is due two weeks before your wedding.

How long have you been photographing weddings?
I photographed my first wedding in 2005 and have been growing ever since.

Can I see samples of your products and albums?
Yes! Call or fill out the contact form for an appointment. I’d love to hear about your wedding plans and buy you a cup of coffee.
